The standard version of this AMG is powered by a V12 6.0-liter bi-turbo engine producing 630 HP (463 kW) and 737 lb-ft (1,000 Nm) of torque. Brabus has tuned this model to 800 HP (588 kW) and an 1,047 lb-ft (1,420 Nm) of torque.
While the stock version completes the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run in 4 seconds, this 65 AMG will do it in 3.7 seconds, on its way to an electronically-limited top speed of 217 mph (350 km/h) as opposed to the regular model which is limited to 155 mph (250 km/h).
Aside from the power boost, Brabus is also offering an aerodynamic body kit for the roadster which has been developed in the wind tunnel. All components are made from carbon fiber and can get a matte or a glossy finish in the body’s color.
20-inch alloys are supplied by Brabus with 255/30 ZR20 and 305/25 ZR20 (front/rear) high-performance tires. The ride height can be lowered by about an inch (25mm) thanks to the special control module for the ABC suspension. Other mods include a limited-slip differential and a fully customized interior with a new speedometer featuring a 360 km/h dial.
